Britain’s biggest family keeps on expanding as they welcome their 20th child, Archie, in their family last September 18, 2017. But this time, Noel and Sue Radford vowed that this would be the last time that they would have a baby inside their chaotic yet joyous home in Morecambe, Lancashire.
Sue Radford and Noel Radford grew up together as close friends. Soon enough, the friendship grew into a romantic bond formed with joy and love. The couple certainly knows how to get people talking since Sue Radford gave birth to her first son, Christopher, when she was still 14 years old while Noel was 18 years old.
The couple tied the knot three years after their son was born and moved into their first home as a family. The couple had their second child and first daughter, Sophie, when Sue was 17 years old.
Here lies the list of Noel and Sue’s children’s names in order: Christopher (28), Sophie (24), Chloe (22), Jack (20), Daniel (18), Luke (17), Millie (16), Katie (15), James (14), Ellie (12), Aimee (11), Joshua (10), Max (9), Tillie (7), Oscar (6), Casper (5), Alfie (stillborn), Hallie (2), Phoebe (1), and Archie (3 months).
Sue and Noel are not just parents to a whole bunch of kids. They also happen to be grandparents to Sophie’s three children as well.
Sue gave birth to the healthy Baby Archie on September 18, 2017. Her children chose the name “Archie” because they ran out of ideas to name the baby boy.
“They love him to bits already. They sat on the sofa lining up for a cuddle. He’ll never be short of a hug,” Sue Radford said in an interview with The Sun.
When she was asked if she has any plans of getting pregnant again, the mother revealed that Archie would be the last Radford child. She said,
“We’re happy to be finishing on a nice even number. I’m just chuffed he is here safe and sound. It’s strange knowing you’re not going to have anymore.”
“Our daughter Chloe said: ‘I believe you now.’ I don’t think she has before, but because I’ve said (this is the last) a few times now she does,” Sue added.
The family spends £300 (PHP 20, 440.77) a week for their food and drinks. They acquire their family income from their family bakery and their recently established pie business.
The family resides in a large Victorian home which was once a home for adults with learning disabilities. Brought at a whopping price of £240,000 (PHP 16,357,359.77), it is now a home of one big happy family.
